Nigel Gillingham Co-founder

Nigel provides owners and occupiers with strategic development, leasing, and asset management advice across the retail, restaurant and leisure sector across UK, North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Nigel has been involved in the iconic Centre Point in London; the former US Embassy on Grosvenor Square, London for Qatari Diar and The Sony Centre in Berlin for Oxford Properties.

In addition, Nigel represents some of the biggest UK operators explaning overseas including D&D London, Rhubarb Group and Caprice Holdings, and has acquired flagship restaurants for these groups in locations from New York, Barcelona, Berlin and London and is currently working with these groups and other operators from US & Europe in further global expansion.

James Bell Co-founder

James specialises in development consultancy, asset management and leasing on behalf of international Landlords and Developers with a primary focus on major European cities, across the hospitality, entertainment, leisure and retail sectors.

Key projects include providing consultancy and leasing advice for at the former US Embassy on Grosvenor Square, London for Qatari Diar and The Sony Center in Berlin for Oxford Properties.

In addition, James represents global hospitality groups advising them on their cross-border international expansion across Europe, North America and APAC including occupiers such as JKS Restaurants, Sabre Paris, Alain Ducasse, Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer, Time Out Markets, State of Play and Showfields. His passion for the retail and restaurant sector provides a unique point of difference for his clients who rely on his understanding of their business.
